Deputy Chief Engineer
Responsible for Stimulation & Service of Oil/Gas wells with Coiled tubing (1.25” X 0.087” WT) & Nitrogen applications. Job involves the complete package of designing stimulation/service treatment including execution in the field, operation risk analysis with post job evaluation.
Stimulation involves unloading/backflow of oil & gas wells (depth ~ 3500m) and chemical treatment of wells including matrix acidisation. Service jobs include fill clean out by jetting/ dynadrilling, de waxing, fish recovery etc.
Involved in formulation of work over programs for remedial/stimulation and trouble shooting/diagnosis of wells. Experienced in installation of Velocity String in wells with marginal FBHP.
Having very good experiences of Work-over, Well intervention (slick-line, E-line, Coiled tubing, PLT, etc) programs formulation and supervising the operations.
Extensive experience with rod design, installation & selection of Sucker Rod Pumps. Exposure to design/simulation platforms like API procedures, and Qrod for vertical/deviated wells. Familiar with optimization including trouble shooting with dynagraphing of Rod Pump wells.
Experience in Production Planning. Responsibilities included preparation of production costs feasibility studies and production forecasting.
