Production Planning in Oil Refinery

• Responsible for Technical Evaluation and Assessment of crude, making recommendations in the selection of crude.
• Unit wise Process Costing.
• Refinery Optimization based on Production Management and Gross Refinery Margin.
• Devising the most effective Crude Mixture to achieve the target production with maximum profit.
• Responsible for the preparation of Blending Recipes for Petroleum products (Gasoline, HOBC etc) with minimum give away.
• Responsible for making Supply Chain Management Plans.
• Preparation of Risk Management Plans for Annual Turn Around.
• Preparation of Production Budget that involve estimation of crude, chemicals and utilities making a close view to Cost and Revenue analysis.
• Effective member of Strategic Planning Team, involve in preparation of proposals of new projects based on changing trends in petroleum product specification and driving forces in market.
• Involve in the preparation of feasibility study of upcoming projects (Right now preparing feasibility study of hydro desulphurization unit for Parco Mid Country Refinery)
• Preparation of Daily Production Reports, Crude Charging and Receiving Plans, Monthly Progress Reports and Daily Material Balances.
