*Responsible for QA/QM of design activities (compliance to standards and best Practices)

Education & Training
Began four years AG &P, Mechanical apprenticeship in 1970 which required 1200
Classroom hours,in conjunction with 8000 hours of supervised field
Training,this apprenticeship program, administered under University of
Cebu Philippines,( CIT) is generally recognized as equal to or exceeding the
National average technical currilulum required to earn (BSME)degree.
Subsequent to completing the Bachelor of Science Mechanical
Engineering apprenticeship, in 1975 I had been graduated
Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering Course. A couple of months. I took a board
Exam. as Mechanical Engineer, I had passed as professional Mechanical Engineer Degree,
