Main Duties:

Checking the Supplier Invoices (Purchases), if any discrepancy, talk to the concern Job Officers and Purchase Controller to resolve the dispute.
Posting of Supplier Invoices (Purchases) in Pastel (Accounting Package).
Checking Store Issue Vouchers, if any discrepancy, talk to Store In charge to resolve the dispute.
Posting of Store Issue Vouchers in Pastel (Accounting Package)
Checking and clearing all the electricity and telephone bills for the payment within due date.
Preparing various types of schedule on monthly basis like Goods Receipt Note, Petty Cash Voucher and Store Issue Voucher
Prepare Bank Vouchers on monthly basis.
Checking MIS reports.
Processing and checking all the documents required, and coordinating with project manager and project engineer during this process, for invoicing to Occidental Petroleum of Qatar.
Processing and checking all the documents required for invoicing to Petrotec Inc. - USA
Processing and checking all Reedhycalog – Qatar Drill Bits Invoices and preparing Sales Invoices for Reedhycalog – Qatar to different customer like OXY, Dolphin Energy, QP, Gulf drilling etc.
Preparing Manpower Supply Invoices to ORYX GTL, Mearsk Oil Qatar, CMS&A etc.
To handle accounting of Sales Division (Agents for International Companies like Reedhycalog, Fisher Rosemount, Emerson Process Management, IPSCO, Hydra tight, Cameron, Goulds Pumps, Hydril Company LP etc.
Correspondence with customers for Account Receivables.
Correspondence and negotiations with suppliers regarding Account Payables.
Preparing monthly statement of accounts of OXY Invoices and submitted to the concern person in OXY.
Checking all the timesheets and posting in Artech Payroll (Accounting Package) for preparing monthly salaries of all employees.
Maintain filing system for the department recordkeeping.
