Professional Experience
1. Structural Engineer, having 15+ years Post Graduate experience in Civil and Structural Engineering, functionally doing Analysis, Design and Detailing of Steel and Concrete structures for various Industrial Projects, Warehouses & Commercial Buildings as Project Lead and Coordinator.
2. Steel works: Analysis and Design of Steel structures for Boilers & SCR, Pipe Racks/Bridges, Equipment supporting structure, Platform Frames and Stair tower for Access to Equipments. Connections Design and Detailing. Materials Take off and Review of Fabrication drawings. Also worked in Design and Detailing of Flues and Ducts for Boilers.
3. Civil works: Analysis and Design of 3-D Frames (RCC & Post-Tensing), Design and Detailing of Reactor Shell, Equipment Foundations, Block Foundations for Compressor, Vessel/Tower, Ring wall Foundations, Dyke wall & Pavement for Storage tanks, Retaining wall & Hopper frame at Material Loading area and Conveyor Foundations, Pipe rack Foundations and Commercial Buildings.
4. Having wide experience in Finite Element Analysis and worked with software’s STAAD/Pro (extensively), SAP, and ANSYS. Also having Programming skill (in VB, C++, FORTRAN, QBasic) and have Developed In-house programs for Design.
5. Experience with International Codes & Standards: AISC, ACI, BS, UBC, ARAMCO Standards, MOBIL Standards
