Responsibilities ·1 Preparation of Document, Detailed & Technical Specification.
· Estimating & costing.
· Planning manpower & material management
· Independent inspection & audit with Quality Assurance.
· Monitoring construction activities and safety precaution at site (HSE).
· Reconciliation of materials, preparation as built drawing.
· Punch list updating and follow (O & M) manuals.
· Work associated with telecom equipment, HVAC, plumbing & drainage.
· Coordination with other disciplines like Civil, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Process for project execution.
·8 Verify the accuracy and completeness of the “As Built” drawings.
·2 Coordinate with the (sub) contractors and facilitate vendors on pre-comm.
·3 Independent Factory inspection.
·4 Preparing & planning for preventive maintenance.
·5 Technical writing of Maintenance procedure.
·6 Preparing and Coordinate for Pre-Commissioning & commissioning punch lists.

Work Experience: -

Erection 220 KV Switch Yard installation and testing.
Construction of 220 KV Grid Substation & 220/6.6 KV primary sub station.
Erection of 220KV towers, Gantries 11KV Structures, LV & HV panels.
Erection of Gas Turbine Generator (5.6MW), Power Transformer up to 75 MVA, CT, PT, Switchgear and Other Electrical Equipments.
Erection of Remote Control Unit, Forward & Reverse Switch for motor.
Erection, testing & commissioning of complete lighting system and wiring in AC & DC Panels.
Erection, Testing & commissioning of EOT Crane (100 T) & Electrical hoist.
Fire fighting network system involves Smoke & Heat Detector, Break glass, Fire Alarm panels.
Installation of 11 KV outdoor breaker, lighting &Surge arrestor, capacitor banks and protection relays.
