 Manager of the Cartography Center (a team of 20 collaborators)
 Quality Management Project of LYDEC : Co-pilot of the process “Managing Networks’ Cartography”
(In the context of an ISO9001 V.2000 official recognition project)
 Participation to the Water – Electricity supply and urban drainage Masterplan of LYDEC.
Achievements :
- Construction of a Geographic Information System architecture,
- Development of business-oriented and GIS based web-services (enterprise wide),
- A complete digital representation of the water, sewerage, MV electricity and road grids : 15.000 km of networks digitised
- Training sessions for more than 100 users
- Participation in the establishment of networks’ renewal policies in LYDEC.
