Underwent 4 months intensive manufacturing & planning training in Regensburg, Germany & Villach, Austria.
Attended too many semiconductor training (Wafer Fab and Processes)
Identify, evaluate and resolve technical product or process problems with materials, equipment or machinery in area of responsibility. Maintain & update department technical website. Design and implement improvements to products, processes, and materials, tooling equipment or documentation which enhance the utility, quality, reliability or cost effectiveness in area of responsibility. Lead major line sustaining projects to ensure good operations stability. Analyze processes, material procedures, tooling and equipment as well as make recommendations and execute solutions to improve efficiency, utility, quality and reliability to reduce cost. Monitor performance, quality and reliability of processes, materials, products, machinery or equipment; identify problems or unfavorable deviations; recommend and execute corrective actions. Implement the use of SPC, FMEA, DOE, 8D and FA techniques .Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

2000-2004 : Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with
Honors at University Malaysia Sabah.
1997-1999 : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at Polytechnic Sultan Abdul
Halim Mu adzam Shah, Jitra, Kedah.
1995 : SPM with 1st grade at Sekolah Menengah Sungkai.

Handled KME Furukawa & RTC 8 zone, 6 zone reflow oven
Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Handling fiber optic cables. Splicing cables
