WORK HISTORY
1983-Present Construction Supervisor
Waha Oil Company of Libya
To supervise the daily activities of a desert based construction department using a multi-national crew of 225, including eight expatriate foremen and inspectors. The manpower is split into four sites throughout the company's concessions in the Sahara desert. Projects completed in the last five years include major oil and gas pipeline construction of 24" and 10" lines, buried and above ground, oil and gas gathering flow lines (4", 6" and 8" diameters) 2500 psi water injection system, salt water disposal system, turbine fuel gas system, installation of vessels and erection of power line towers (34.5 and 138kv).
1981-1983 Welding Supervisor/ Inspector
Stone and Webster Canada Ltd
Supervision and inspection on the construction of four 300' oil storage tanks and fabrication and erection of large and small diameter pipe work for new refinery plant construction. Review of NDE results and perform inspections of sub-contractor's work at their workshops.

During this time I was employed in various positions from pipe-fitter/welder, welding foreman, quality assurance supervisor and welding supervisor on Nuclear and Petro-Chemical projects in Canada, Iran, Saudi Arabia and South Korea, Norway.
