Project Management (Planning, Scheduling, Control)
Assist Construction Manager in timely completion of under construction retail outlets strictly in accordance with stipulated timelines and standards
Design maintenance project plans in conjunction with requirements and cost constraints
Issue purchase orders to vendors
Exercise project control during all phases of the project lifecycle and ensure contract management
Manage governmental approval of new projects comprising a number of NOCs from the statutory bodies
Control multiple installations concurrently and coordinate for timely roll out of outlets
Work closely with functional management, defining requirements & developing joint project plans
Design and implement pilot projects and perform performance analysis
Facilities Management / Infrastructure Maintenance & Services
Responsible for the technical operation and maintenance of 200 retail outlets
Efficiently manage a team of technicians to rectify breakdown of company?¦s equipment, such as generators, POS terminals, electronic fuel dispensers, compressors etc at New Vision outlets
Ensure preventive maintenance of the equipment is carried out as per specifications
Prepare and raise RFQs for initiation of equipment/service requisitions
Negotiate contracts and manage vendors /contractors and subcontractors
Evaluate contractors profile for enlistment with the company
Apply for annual renewal of storage licences by GOP
Inventory Maintenance & Equipment Deployment
Manage installation and commissioning of equipment such as electronic dispensers, generators, signage, decanting facility, air compressors, car hoists, POS terminals
Monitor stock of spares in the warehouse and raise timely requisitions to replenish depleting stocks
Ensure minimum inventory is maintained by the contractors
Health Safety & Environment
Carry out post construction audit of operational sites to ensure 100% compliance of the facility
Ensure minimum HSE compliance of operational facilities
Technical Report Writing
Prepare actual to projected cost analysis
Prepare estimates for new projects to be used for feasibility studies
Liaison with all departments, provide feedback and drive improvements on issues concerning cost, performance and yield
