Responsibility :
1. Collect Analytical Method base ASTM, UOP and Standard Method that will use for TPPI laboratory.
2. Listing Chemical, Equipment or Instrument that need for Petroleum Laboratory, Instrument Laboratory, GC Laboratory and Water Laboratory.
3. Arrange laboratory test schedule on start up and normal schedule base on UOP and process engineer requirement.
4. Calculate man power need for each laboratory base on test schedule arrangement and estimation of time need each analytical method.
5. Evaluate laboratory chemical and equipment tender base on analytical method requirement.
6. Arrange HVAC, Electrical, Water and Gas line base on laboratory need. And contact with contractor to make sure fulfill the laboratory requirement.
7. Receive or reject the chemical and equipment or instrument base on receiving procedure each equipment.
8. GC arrangement for all analytical method and personal computer connectivity. Also GC software usage.
9. Conducted Maintenance, Calibration and performance check GC for all analytical method UOP 539, 603, 759, 690, 621, 870, 744, 931, 755, 831, 660, 543, 798, 868, 720, 551, ASTM D 2360, ASTM D 4492, ASTM D 3797.
10. Make some improvement on software side for GC such as calculation formula for UOP 880 ( PONA ) that combine three analytical method ( UOP 744, 690 and 870 ). And also for normalization value for UOP 539 RGA (Refinery Gas Analysis) for C1 ~ C6 and light gases such Ar, O2, N2 and H2.
11. Provide Reporting template for process engineer especially for Raw Material, In Process and Finishing Product data.
12. Performing laboratory analysis on raw material, process, finish product and utility, statistical analysis and environment analysis.
13. Conducted on trial of new methods of analysis.
14. Prepare spare part and accessories request for all instrument base on scheduled maintenance.

Diploma Degree (D III) in Chemistry from Padjadjaran University - Bandung. Have more than 8 years experience on laboratory, quality control and quality assurance including research and development. Familiar to install, calibrate, operate and maintain of some laboratory equipments and instrumentations for gas and liquid analysis such as gas chromatography ( PONA, RGA, Aromatic Breakdown etc ), atomic absorption spectrometry, spectrometry uv-visible, ICP, Density Meter, Automatic Distillation, Viscometer, Flash point, Pour and Cloud Point, Calorimeter, TN/TS/ECS processor, Ion Chromatograph, Spectroquant NOVA 60, Thermoreactor 320, automatic titroprocessor, TOC meter, dew point meter, centrifuge unit, pH meter, balance and others. Highly motivated, hard worker and easy to adapt with people who’s different culture and background. Be able to work in team and or independent. Proficient in English and familiar with PC operation on windows environment. Also familiar with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environment Management System and analytical method such as ASTM, UOP, Standard Method etc.
