Procurement and Project Engineer:
Preparation of project and procurement procedures based on Projects requirements such as vendor approval, change order, coordination, NCR, field expediting, Packing, shipping and transportation procedures and etc. - Establishment and arrangement of APO (after P.O.) group for supervising and expediting of manufacturers activities - Supervision on Preparation of TBEs (Technical Bid Evaluation) and technical evaluation of vendors based on Project requirements with cooperation of Engineering section ?V Evaluation of manufacturers and contractor's abilities and quality through shop visits and review of their PQ documents ?V Field and desk expediting, coordination of all project technical and non-technical activities under project manager supervision

Training:
Conducting all activities relevant to Training in different fields as well as educating of competent personnel (Technical and non-technical) for deploying them in oil and gas industries ?V Full familiarity with training requirements in oil and gas industries.

Inspection Activities:
Full familiarity with inspection concepts, technical inspection of material & equipment during fabrication (Dimensional check, Hydro-test supervision, welding, PWHT, ?K), Vendors' shop Inspection, ?V Coordination of inspection matters such as test & inspection schedules, NCRs, inspection results, Third party inspection with vendors and other involved parties with different involved sections

Material & Equipment technical inspection in Oil & Gas Projects:
including piping, structural, insulation and corrosion protection material, fixed equipment such as air coolers, heat exchanger and vessels, safety & Fire fighting equipment, etc.
Having good knowledge regarding to various required materials and equipment (mechanical, piping, civil, electrical, instrument ?K) used in oil and gas projects.

Piping:
Piping construction supervising and performing relevant inspection.
Familiarity with the piping material codes and standards such as ANSI, ASTM, API and NACE.
