? Actively manage project based assignments ,key client,other business initiatives
? Demonstrate the work in a close relationship with clients and other mumbers of project teams & a close understaning of forecasting reporting , monitoring,, health & safety change control, & financial project system

? Responsible for all day to day aspects of the multi discipline construction contract like resource planning, co-ordination, field execution, interacting with sub –contractors and Client.
? Exercise control over manpower and material resources in order to execute the project within budget, schedule,quality and HSE requirement.
? Monitoring the contractors’ progress and able to enforce the quality checks at site.
? Reviewing project’s documents, specifications and plans of relevant scope of work to be supervised.
? Achieve departmental objectives by establishing cost effective best practices for the functions.
? Creating a continuous improvement environment and by ensuring staff have the resources, competencies and guidance to deliver valve-added services that meet or exceed expectations.
? Control a large team of engineers, supervisory staff and managing efficient workflows and roistering with a target orientated and pro-active operations team.
? Achieving maximum possible productivity rate whilst executing the work in budget allowance.
? Handle and resolve issues with clients,consultants,authorities and subcontractors
? Devise and implement systems and controls to monitor costs and ensure the timely completion of project

B.E. (Mechanical) First division from ANDHRA UNIVERSITY, Passed out in 1996.
P.G. Diploma in Human Resource Management., Andhra University, Passed out in 2001.
