• Managing the well hook-up warehouse Material including pipeline Pipe , Piping & fitting , Electrical & Instrument and Structural for TAGI production wells and WAG wells, Water/Gas associate injection wells .
• Actively support management and drive improvement of Technical warehouses in terms of inventory level, stocking activities in/out Materials as well as procedures.
• Include well hook-up Technical warehouse in a Global Materials Management Concept within the administration and logistics departement.
• Play a Key role within the Global Supply Chain Organization by working closely with Appro & Contract department to improve procedures and management strategies.
• Lead the material management team by planning, executing and monitoring all material activities.
Stock Management Team leader: Mar_2003 to Jan_2004.
• Maintain and secure accuracy of stock management system (Datastream 7.1) parameters, attributes, inventory records and delivery information.

• Managing the Maintenance Stock for two years plaint operating with JGC/INITEC Contractor Commissioning by using Spear Parts Inter-changeability Record (SPIR) data sheets.

• As a part of Ourhoud construction project Team, was involved in many major piping supervising activities by receiving, controlling and shipping to field construction site.

• Was responsible to drive the relationship between the Materials Planning Unit and the Operations Team to maximise efficiency through effective material control .To promote exceptional cross functional working so that Materials Planning Unit / Supply Chain Team become an integral part of the Operations Team on Ourhoud construction project.
