Seeking good opportunity to utilize experience and skills that i gained.

i am having more than 4 years experience including 2 years in Human Resources Department in Recruitment & staffing field.individually responsible to get manpower requirement and line up candidates till hiring. Responsible for the recruitment and staffing of various positions for UAE business area and associated clients, sourcing first within the internal staff depending upon availability, and then outsourcing the requirements
Liasoning with recruiters, local and international to source and head hunt effective CV’s to suit the requirements.
Drafting an art work to publish advertisements in local newspapers for immediate requirements.
To develop a pool of potential candidates through inventory skills and update the existing data bank for various cadres of the organization
To maintain and update an effective database of résumé’s categorizing them according to their respective field.
To develop a capability matrix of existing employees to expeditiously identify suitable candidates to fill various management positions at project sites & business area establishment.
Preparation of monthly reports to describe status of recruitment and status of requirement filled.
Maintain an up to date appraisal cycle for all employees and also an equitable reward criterion.
To chalk out a plan to improve & update policies with respect to the company vision and market situation.
To review existing policies in the management manual & provide feedback to head HRD for policy revision/amendment of existing policies and identify the need for formulating new policies.
Ensure proper and timely update of the personal information, career development, compensation and all other HR related records of all permanent & contract employees in HRIS.
To ensure effective update of organization charts and HRIS time to time in line with organizational changes.

I did B.Sc. with Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics in 2001 after that i completed P.G.Diploma In Hospital Managementin 2005.i complete one year diploma in Multilingual DTP from DOEACC in 2004.
