• Familiar in Visual Inspection and Non-destructive testing / surveys to identify the potential problems and determines causes and possible remedial actions.
• Co ordinate with construction, operations and maintenance to schedule inspection activities.
• Verification of material inspection to ensure it’s conformity to specification.
• Supervise inspection programs and prepare, review / evaluate inspection reports & test results; develop recommendation of required work to avoid reduction in operating parameters.
• Identify & report Non-conformities to specified requirements. Verify agreed corrective action.
• Preparation / Approval of WPS for piping / pipeline and witness PQR / WQT
• Prepare QCP according to the project specification.
• Preparation of QA/QC documents, test packs and final submission to the client for approval. Moreover to that verification of final dossiers.
• Welding inspection and monitor the process.
• Inspection for surface preparation and painting inspection as per specification
• Conduct holiday inspection for under ground pipe coating/wrapping.
• Verify alloying element by Positive material identification test (PMI) & Ferrite content test.
• Experienced to Tank floor inspection detect to possible underneath corrosion by NDT methods.
• NDT report evaluation, Plan & assign work to NDE personnel to extend specified in the contract.
• As built drawing verification, Documentation of inspection
