1) Capable of carrying out HVAC heat load calculations, psychometrics calculations, equipment selection, system design, duct sizing, pipe sizing, pump and fan head calculations.
2) Excellent knowledge of HVAC calculation software like e20-ii hap program
3) Capable of developing duct layouts and sectional drawings and Mechanical room designs.
4) Fully conversant with applicable ASHRAE ,IPS, SMACNA, NPC, ASTM, DIN, BS, NFPA, ARI and ANSI , ….Standards
5) Experience in pre commissioning and commissioning of HVAC system
6) Preparation of flow diagrams, P&ID and PFD.
7) Upon receiving vendor’s proposals, review of the technical and commercial proposals and provide
evaluation / recommendations for selection and ordering.
8) Preparation of equipment / material approval requests and follow up on approvals with client.
9) Update all design and construction drawings related to HVAC and follow up on approvals.
10) Interaction with Clients, Contractors and Site Coordination’s
11) Plumbing Calculation for Buildings
12) Design Site Sanitary Sewage Gathering Network
13) Design Natural Gas Distribution System for Industrial, Governmental and Residential badges
14) Design Storm Water Drainage Network Gathering System
15) Preparing Design Criteria and Construction Specifications
