13/03/2005 – present:
Mechanical Engineer in Al-Samra combined cycle power plant project (Al-Samra Electric Power Generating Co. (SEPGCo)). Where getting good experience from working in quality assurance quality control department (QAQC), then in startup and commissioning department.
1/9/2005– present: commissioning Engineer (operation Engineer)
The working in commissioning on balance of plant gives high understanding of Gas pressure reducing stations, Fuel oil unloading, storage and transfer systems, Fire fighting systems, Switchgears systems, and Electrical protection systems.
The working in commissioning on two gas turbine units (GE MS9001EA), First stage of the project, gives high communication skills, high understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Control systems in gas turbine units, and high ability to operate this unit.
The working in operation department after COD for both units, gives deep understanding of the gas turbine systems, with continue studying the combined cycle systems to prepare our self to its commissioning.
The working in commissioning on combined cycle, Second stage of the project, gives high understanding of the main equipments in combined cycle and high ability to operate these equipments. As HRSG (NOOTER/ERIKSEN), steam turbine (FUJI), feed water pumps (TORISHIMA) and another equipments.
13/03/2005-1/9/2005: QAQC Engineer
The working in QAQC gives clear idea about dealing with the contactor (BVG), good information about piping and gas turbine erection; participate in the tests that made in the project
1/04/ 2004 -13/3/2005:
Mechanical Engineer in Al-Hussain Thermal Power Station (Central Electricity Generating Co. (CEGCo.)) training program .Where getting good experience from working in mechanical maintenance department on the systems there as, Steam generation units (Fire tubes boilers, Water tube boilers), Steam turbines, Gas turbines, Air compressors (reciprocated), RO water treatment units, Chemical water treatment units, and many types of pumps as centrifugal, gear, screw, reciprocated and submersible pumps.
