Professional Experience
On board as Captain and deck officer, whereas liaising with Class Soc Surveyors, Port State Control officers, Vetting Inspector and Oil Cargo surveyors, while assuming theirs respective surveys and inspections, helped me to acquire my earlier surveyor skills.
This initial practical experience was complemented by attending formal Port State Control and seafarer certification training in UK, followed by nine year working in an international crude/product export maritime terminal, analyzing, coordinating, and carrying out ship & terminal vetting inspection, monitoring and handling terminal shipping operation activities, to reach vetting inspector and surveyor experience.
