-Treatment of medical emergencies and treatment of common ailments of rig personnel.
-Maintenance of hospital medical inventories and Patient Treatment Logs.
-Conduct Safety Induction of new personnel and Safety Training of rig personnel.
-Conduct Fire Team, Stretcher Team, Fall Protection, Permit To Work and other Training.

-Training of crew in On Job Training Modules and arranging for external training courses for required personnel.
-Monitor effectiveness of external and internal training done by employees.
-Reinforcing company HS & E Policies, continual inputs for up gradation of policies & encouraging use by demonstration.
-Develop and review appropriate plans and policies as needed and put same up for review.
-Updating Safety signs, posters etc in accordance with IMO and QHS & E Policies.
-Maintain records of safety and training activities and employee progress.
-Develop training procedures and training aids, inclusive of sourcing out the same from various locations around the world.
-Confer with management to gain knowledge of HSE procedures and work site situations to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations and technologies.
-Compilation of HSE statistical data and representation of same in presentations to management and clients.
-Organize and develop work procedures, set up reference library, training and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials used to emphasize company HSE policies.
