Greater than twenty eight years of experience in power & Oil & Gas projects in Construction Quality Management, Vendor Surveillance, Plant Quality Plans, Inspection / Approval of Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Welding works, Preparation & Compilation of turnover / project data records.
SKILLS:
Construction Quality Management – Procedure, Checklists, Method statement, Inspection, Testing & compilation of document for completion.
Preparation of inspection & test plans for project installation e.g. civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation works. Review/ approve vendor ITP. Inspect/ Approve/ certify construction/ vendor works. Preparation of test packs.
Good communication & presentation skills.
Root cause analysis & resolution of potential non-conformity
Develop & qualify welding procedures & welding operators including in-service welding. Evaluate welder performance/ educate & maintain records.
Experience in NDT – UT, RT, MT, PT & PMI.
I possess working knowledge of codes & specification that includes ASME, API, ANSI, AWS, NACE/ SSPC.
Fully experienced in preparation, implementation of QA system & auditing of inspection procedure & personnel.
Conducted about 100 quality audits & delivered 22 training sessions to Executives, Staff & Others on Quality/ ISO related topics.
Proficient in PC – Hardware, MS Office, MS Project
After 28 years in QA/QC & projects value up to $ 1b, I believe I have the skill sets to manage a team in meeting the project’s goal. Having ability to get the work done as per contract requirements and project schedule with intention of no rework.
