•Using simulation package ASPEN TECH to trouble shoot the plant problems.
•Prepared “What If Scenario” for the entire plant and process, which is being
used as the key document in plant operation.
•Provide advice and consultancy support to Production Engineer on day to day
operation
•Written and reviewed commissioning procedures and standard operating
procedures of plant operation
•Develops new SOP and training of new equipment

•Carried out the “Maximum Capacity Test Run” of EO plant under the guidance of M/s Scientific Design, USA
•Lead the team formed to handle plant shutdowns, reactor catalyst loading & unloading, and subsequent
startup. Developed standard operating procedures for plant operations with the new catalyst
•Prepared plant safety manual in accordance with the British Safety Council (U.K.) guidelines
•Updated the plant P&ID diagrams and prepared equipment “Isolation/Blinding diagrams”
•In-charge of periodic plant safety inspection committee created to do the periodic plant safety inspection in co ordination with the safety department personnel
•Trained 25 technicians on Safety procedures and day-to-day operation of the plant
