Operation Technician
Responsibilities:
Currently working at Rehmat Gas Plant Ghotki ,Sindh.
Participate in the Pre-commissioning, Commissioning & now in Plant operation of 80 MMSCFD, MDEA based acid gases removal processing plant.
Dehydration of sweet gas is done at Hydro Carbon Dew Point Control Unit by using Silica Gel as adsorbing agent.
Duties are included from Well head to gas metering skid.
The plant based upon DCS, pneumatic & electronic control.
Major equipments are Well Head, Three phase separator, Amine Contactor, Flash tank, Cross heat exchanger, Filter, Reboiler, Regenerator/Stripper, Reflux accumulator, Aerial cooling fan, Centrifugal pump, Positive displacement pumps, Knock Out Vessels, Gas chiller compressor ,Waste gas incinerator, Produced water handling unit, Condensate handling unit, Heat medium oil heaters , Fuel gas system, Chemical injection (Methanol ,Antifoam, Anticorrosion) , Fire water system , Reverse osmosis plant, Polish water plant, Instrument air system ,Fire & gas detection system.
Operation, optimization, controlling, troubleshooting & emergency handling of all units.
Preparation of Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) & manuals.
Logging & filing the plant log sheets especially gas metering documents.

Diploma of Associate Engineer 3years 1997
In Chemical Technology from Govt. College of Technology, Karachi.

Storage and Pumping of finished products from Terminal to Marketing.
