Co-ordinate and Maintain current HSE statistics in all projects
- Continual review of sub-contractors compliance to HSE procedures.
- Conduct HSE Management System audit in accordance with ISO 9001 &14001 Standard and submit reports and close out non -conformance.
- Implement, supervise and evaluate the waste management procedure to ensure compliance with client’s Policy and ISO 14001.
- Conduct IEA with other HSE crew in new project sites.
- Conduct HSE drills and tool box briefing in worksite, office & client facilities.
- Schedule and conduct periodic audit for retainership Clinics and Hotels.
- Conduct training sessions for management, supervisors, and workers on health and safety practices and regulations to promote an understanding of a new or existing process.
- Schedule trainings for site Engineers and base staff and maintain the database for such.
- Review HSE policy periodically to ensure that it is of current standard.
- Conducts equipment audit to ensure that machineries and vehicles meet appropriate safety standard.
- Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly HSE statistics.
- Prepare and implements Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for in-house job and contractors.
- Anticipate, recognize, and evaluate hazardous conditions, as well as develop hazard control methods
- Conduct fleet management check using vehicle statistics report in project vehicles.
- Installation of DriveRight Instruments in project vehicles for Jimcol & Other clients.
- Prepare reports including accident reports, near miss, unsafe act, LTI etc.
-Keep observations, analysis of contaminants reports, and recommendations for control and correction of hazards.
- Maintain interface between the project host community and the client.
- Conduct regular site inspection to make sure that the Contractors maintains the existing HSE rules.
-Installation, Decoding of IVMS for SPDC secondary logistics and Cooperate HSE Fleet using Fleet Management Software for Major Projects and other client in SPDC project.
-Implements all Logistics consequence management action/ procedure for contractors.
-Analyse reports for vehicle usage, accident Log and drivers’ performance, tamper log etc using the Fleet Management Software.
-Co-ordinate and supervise transportation activities for operation vehicles.
