Commissioning and start-up team North Geragai fractionation gas plant that produces about 250 MT liquid Propane and 400 MT Butane. I hold the position of Production Specialist and responsible for Gas Plant (NGF Plant) operation.

Work Experience

Jan 2005 ?V Present:
Employed by PETROCHINA previously Devon Energy Jabung Ltd. and I am holding a position of that Sr. PRODUCTION OPERATOR on an offshore LPG platform which is situated at Berhala Strait in Jambi, Indonesia. The plant is designed to continuously chill up to 25,000 bpd propane and 14,000 bpd butane prior to sending to an FSO. The refrigeration system is a two-stage open circuit propane cycle which compression is provided by two Solar Turbine driven propane compressors. My responsibilities are including supervising the plant operations, maintenance, and not limited to the LPG liquids offloading to exporting tankers activities

Jan. 2000 ?V Jan 2005:
Employed by Devon Energy Jabung Ltd previously Santa Fe Energy Jabung Ltd. and I am holding a position of that Sr. PRODUCTION OPERATOR Sr. LPG Plant Operator and responsible for Gas Plant (LPG Plant, Joule Thomson Plant/ Sales Gas system) operation. The plant can produce more than 200 metric tones of LPG mix and more than 1000 Bbls/d of light naphtha and approximately 75 BBTUD dry natural gas for sales gas that is transferred to Singapore via pipeline. The Process consists of inlet separation, LTS refrigeration, gas dehydration, fractionation tower and recompression of residue gas.

April 1998 ?V 2000:
Employed by Santa Fe Energy Resources Jabung Ltd. and I am holding a position of that PRODUCTION OPERATOR on Central Processing station (CPS) responsible for Central Processing Station (CPS) that produces crude oil about 22.000 bbls per day and 65 mmscf/d wet gas supplied to Gas Plant. The plant consists of HP separator,1st and 2nd stage separators and test separator for well testing and oil storage tank, VRU (Vapor Recovery Unit ) and well injection compressors. The plant has 29 wells at North Geragai area and 23 wells at Makmur area.
