„« Responsible in supervising and directing some small team in maintenance related construction activity: repair, modification, and inspection for existing site facilities on Onshore terminal Offshore platform, and pipelines.
„« Prepare construction method, HAZOP, Risk Analysis, and work package document of any construction activity
„« Preparing notification, work order, and material reservation through SAP system

Pipeline Integrity Operation 2002 to 2006
„« Responsible in overall for pipeline integrity operation, which includes work program & planning, inspection and survey report review, contract development and evaluation.
„« Manage resources (personnel, tools and other support vessels), which demands sound effort coordination with other departments and service centers (Production, Drilling, Project and Development, Logistics, and Marine).
„« Coordination and communication to external parties through external communication department for pipeline related issues, local community relation, report and proposal presentation to authority, coordination with company partners.
„« Participate in developing Pipeline Integrity Management System, GIS database development, and pipeline defect assessment.

Selected achievements and projects:

„» Saved minimum of 10%-30% cost on ongoing contracts (intelligent pigging contract, external pipeline inspection contract, and pipeline supervision and support contract) resulting from avoiding unnecessary standby cost, performing single mobilization, and minimizing workdays.
„» Conducted the first tube launching pig for unpigable pipelines and the first 42 inch intelligent pigging without production short fall.
„» Completed all pipeline inspection SOP (right of way survey, riser external inspection, acoustic survey, aerial survey, and intelligent pigging) and mapping of all deltas Mahakam?¦s pipeline river crossing.
