•Manage and train multi-national shift personnel
•Write SOPs and reports
•Prepare Management Of Change (MOC) proposals
•Plan Turnaround (TAR) activities and develop critical equipment listings
•Generate and approve work orders, purchase orders, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and timesheets

•Integral in the planning and preparation for a major TAR and subsequent plant expansion start-up
