•Co ordinate all production and shipping activities
•Manage and train multi-national shift personnel
•Write SOPs and reports
•Prepare Management Of Change (MOC) proposals
•Plan Turnaround (TAR) activities and develop critical equipment listings
•Generate and approve work orders, purchase orders, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and timesheets

Achievements:
•Integral in the planning and preparation for a major TAR and subsequent plant expansion start-up
•Integral in the development of SOPs and Training Modules for the Equato-Guinean Nationals

•Co ordinate all DCS and field pre commissioning and commissioning activities
•Co ordinate the initial plant start-up
•Manage and train DCS and field operators
•Write SOPs and reports
•Liaise with customers and support groups
•Be part of the Emergency Response Team

Achievements:
•Nitrogen 2000 Unlimited produced ammonia six (6) months ahead of schedule with on stream factor of over 90% every month since initial start-up
•All seven (7) operators under my training programme were promoted
•Completed updating the plant SOPs to PSM format
•Co-ordinated all DCS training

•Carry out initial plant start-up
•Start-up / shutdown equipment as required
•Ensure equipment operating within design specifications
•Prepare equipment for maintenance work
•Procure laboratory samples
•Write SOPs and reports
•Liaise with customers and support groups
•Be part of the Emergency Response Team

Achievements:
•Train 4 Ammonia Plant produced ammonia one (1) month ahead of schedule
•Certified in all process areas of the plant
