- Ensures proper external and internal Reporting to the bord of directors, and auditors,in accordance with International Accounting Standards
- Provides monthly, quarterly and annuel management reportsto general manager and the bord .
- Monitors the applied accounting system and recommends new and/or revised policies and procedures .
- Prepares monthly bank reconciliations and verfies accuracy of bank statements; monitors cash flow and report of major from the cash flow projection .
- Preparation woek of year – end audit activities .
- Administers the preparation of interim year – end and comparative financial reports; performes and provides analysis of current results to prior periods and /or budget.
- Mantion other accounts and performes other accounting duties as required.
- Ensures maintance of the computerized accounting system and Chart Of Accounts, applying adequate backup and control procedures .
- Issuing the Company Balance Sheet and the Final reports

- Ensures maintance of the computerized accounting system and Chart Of Accounts, applying adequate backup and control procedures .
- Auidit and review all accounts And activities in all branches in KSA .
- Audit the decuments before paid to the A/P.
- Approved the limet of credit to the A/R .
- Lead on fraud audits or investigations of irregularities over all the range of activities.
- Mantion other accounts and performes other accounting duties as required.
