Bapetco(BADR PETROLEUM CO. , address : 127 abd El aziz Fahmy St;)western desert locations BED3, through this period ,I checked calibration certificates of welding machines &all equipment used in N.D.T like ultrasonic sets ,AC yoke, DC yoke ,material certificates(composition, type and condition) consumer certification ,checked pre welding inspection like reviewed applications standards and codes which will be used , all drawings &issued numbers ,safety permits , dimensions, tolerances, preparation, fit-up in accordance with approved drawings ,reviewed welding procedure ,P.Q.R &W.Q.T, welder qualification ID and post welding inspection like visual test, N.D.T, post heat treatment if needed ,dimensions in accordance with approved drawing , witness of hydro test .

Specific duties : Welding inspector,100% interpreting R.T films, 50%visual 10% P.T.(P.T. has been applied for all sokolits, weldolets, sleep on flanges , all fillet welds and all duplex welds according to SHELL and DEP ( Design And Engineering Practice) specification and 10% M.Tfor all welds of low temo. Carbon steel , tie inn's and cut out welds bevels) through this project we use ASME B31.3 materials duplex ,low temp. carbon steel carbon steel, stainless steel 304,304L ,I checked calibration certificates of welding machines &all equipment used in N.D.T like,AC yoke, DC yoke ,material certificates(composition, type and condition) consumer certification ,checked pre welding inspection like reviewed applications standards and codes which will be used , all drawings &issued numbers ,safety permits , dimensions, tolerances, preparation, fit-up in accordance with approved drawings ,reviewed welding procedure ,P.Q.R &W.Q.T, welder qualification ID and post welding inspection like visual test, N.D.T, dimensions in accordance with approved drawing ,witness post weld heat treatment(PWHT) process;( stress relieve process) .

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor of metallurgical engineering, Faculty of Petroleum & Mining Engineering, Suez Canal University, Suez, Egypt.
Graduation year: May 2001
Graduation grade: Good in the fifth year (last year) and pass is overall grade
Project: effect of heat treatment on the electrochemical behavior of 410 stainless steel
Degree of project: very good

• Studying courses interested in welding like physical metallurgy, Eng. Materials, electrical chemistry, electrical eng. ,industrial safety, metallurgical thermodynamics, metal testing including N.D.T &D.T , mechanical metallurgy, heat treatment, welding technology course .
