Department wise Experience:

“Letter of Credit” (Payables) Department

o Accounting & Payments of around 15 billion annual Capital Expenditure through local and foreign Letter of Credits involving numerous national and multinational vendors.
o Managing the Database & General Ledger in MS Access of all the Contracts and Purchase Orders.
o Responsible for monthly preparation of Trial Balance & Capital Commitment.
o Responsible for preparation of Supplier wise movement of Advances, Retention, and Accrual.

“Cheque Payments (Payables)” Department

o Ensure proper data entry, payment of invoices of around 2 billion annual Capital expenditure encompassing over 100 different contracts involving numerous national and multinational vendors using MS Excel and MS Access.
o Month-end accounting adjustments and preparation of Quarterly accruals.
o Inventory reconciliation statement between payment authority and receiving authority.
o Maintain accurate vendor record and quarterly reconciliation, reporting and analysis of Receivables/Payables of vendors of PTCL.
o Submission Withholding tax deducted from suppliers to Income Tax Officer.

“Capital Works in Progress” Department

o Monitoring of capital expenditure incurred by various development regions of PTCL all over Pakistan.
o Reconciliation of capital work in progress figures with general ledger.
o Variance analysis of capital expenditure incurred by PTCL.
o Year End Capitalization of Capital expenditure.
o Management reporting/analysis of capital expenditure against different projects and estimates.
