Instrument Engineer
• Responsible for validations and quality checks of over 10,000 cold loops.
• Managed team of five technicians in validations of BMS and QBMS systems ensuring design updates were implemented in field.
• Actively involved in Project planning,implementation and scheduling.
• Redlining of drawings for updated CAD drawings for final construction phase approval.
• Responsible for commissioning,ramp up and optimisation of Industrial automation machinery.
• Responsible for commissioning of a broad range of systems : Air Handling Units,Ultra Pure Water,Ethanol Process Neutralsiation,HVAC,Waste Neutralisation,Gas detection and supply systems.
• Commissioning of Filter Delta P Speed Control,Humidity,Split loop Temperature,Frost Stats,Fire Dampers on Air Handling Systems.
• Commissioning of Pressure gauges,Pressure transmitters,Temperature Guages,Temperature transmitters,mass/differential pressure/magnetic flow meters,Ultrasonic level transmitters,Humidity transmitters,Conductivity meters,Turbidity meters,Motors and Pumps.
• Bench calibrations,Loop checking, and start-up of Temperature,Level.Pressure and Flow Instrumentation.
• Responsible for issuing and writing of calibration certs,installation check sheets and commissioning check sheets,in compliance with GAMP guidelines.
