From Jan 2006 onwards:
Working as Assistant Examinations Services Officer with British Council and performing following tasks.
• Conduction of exams of different UK boards and Institutions in Pakistan such as PLAB, ACCA, Distance learning Exams, IELTS, A Levels & O Levels etc.
• Coordinating with students as well as with Institutes in UK and Pakistan for assisting and for the solution of different problems or queries relating exams or other study procedures according to the Customer Service Requirements of British Council International Standards.
• Arrangement of Exam venues and payment procedures for each exam and administrating and managing people.
• Responsible for producing reports, maintaining records, solving problems and providing assistance.
From May 2005 to Dec 2005:
Working as Customer Service Representative in WARID TELECOM at contact centre Lahore and performing tasks as:
• Providing customer services online to solve the problems and to give answer to their queries and suggestions to the customers for the continuation of their service smoothly and problem free.
• Providing customers any information regarding to their connection, helping them to solve their problems by forwarding their problems to concerned department.
• Giving customers best services and taking care of customer delight as per the standards set by company to maintain quality assurance.
• Giving company and departments the problems faced by the customers in using connection, forwarding feedback given by the customer as what they required from the company and also providing suggestions to assure better services.
