Highly accomplished maintenance engineer with successful track records in improving equipment up time. More than twenty (20) years of diversified engineering and technical management experience involving maintenance engineering, procedures, Safety inspection and implementation, project management, design, calculation, work order system, computer based maintenance system “MAXIMO”, Building Automation System, cost analysis, annual maintenance budgeting, contract and bidding negotiations and materials take-off. Demonstrated ability to motivate technical staff to identify and eliminate hazards in their workplaces to attain an acceptable level of risk including health preservation. Highly participative, establishes high personal performance with strong loyalty to company’s goals.

Eleven (11) years solid experience in semicon assembly and test manufacturing operations, and 7 years semicon facility engineering / sustaining and outsourcing operations both at Intel Phils Mfg Inc. (Makati and Cavite site) & Amkor Technology Phils (P1,P2,P3,P4 Sites). and 11 years extensive experience in Petro Chemical (Plant Eng’g ) Operations at KSA.

Responsibilities includes first and foremost are: 1) Safety of People and Operations, 2) ATM (assy test mfg’g) equipments maintenance of business, 3) People management and development ( subordinate engineers and supervisors), departmental budget and cost control, and departmental safety performance & success indicators. Secondary responsibilities includes improvement of systems and support to Virtual Factory operations and ISO compliance / certifications (adhering to documented systems) .
