Job Scope :
To lead, organize and manage the Supply Base business to ensure the successful maximizations of commercial compliance, contractual compliance, production, operational efficiency, and high safety and environmental standards of a broad range of supply base and logistics disciplines in accordance with Company guidelines.

Maximize profitability and ROFE of the Supply Base business and develop and implement annual budgets in accordance with company criteria

Provide overall Direction, Management and Leadership for the Supply Base business, to achieve Business Plan targets in accordance with the company guidelines and policy

Provide leadership in developing, implementing and managing company Health Safety, and Environmental policy and also MOS based on variance control management

Manage support for Supply Base Superintendents and identify training and development requirements for all technical and administration staff on site and also Manage support for Project Managers in resolving commercial & contractual issues on site and become directly involved in all contractual issues that cannot be resolved at site level

Identify requirements for additional operational and safety procedures for use on and off site and initiate the drafting of such procedures for further development by effected staff.

Provide a link between all Supply Base locations to enable the spread of ideas, systems, designs, procedures, and standards. Thus, retain a professional and impartial approach in resolving internal disputes and conflicting priorities within the supply base business

Promote teamwork and provide mentoring and coaching to help develop key national staff in readiness for assuming more responsibility. Contribute to PR activity for the Division and Company

Identify strategic opportunities and directions to grow new supply base business. Also, participate in the preparation of tenders/proposals for new supply base activities and opportunities and in the review process prior to submission
