Joined as a facilities manager and have recorded an exceptional growth rate. Currently hold (in acting capacity) the post of a production services manager, health, safety and environmental manager leading a staff of 4 Supervisors, and a total of 35 technical operators.

Responsibilities:
• Directing, monitoring and coordinating, sectional processes, evaluations and plans, to guarantee standard running conditions and process productivity in accordance to daily/monthly production plans and schedule.
• Liaising with industrial consultants to effect modifications in the layout of production area to optimize the production process of products.
• Conducting weekly and monthly preventive maintenance checks and follow ups of forklift equipments and machines, to avoid unscheduled production stoppages.
• Auditing usage of spare parts, and accordingly placing orders to ensure continual production with minimal idle stock. Reconciling audited stock reports with the accounts department.
• Evaluating supplier bids, to identify suppliers offering quality materials at budgeted rates.
• Devising section budgets, and effecting cost cutting measures to maintain adherence to the same.
• Enforcing obedience to safety regulations, reviewing safety manuals. Conducting monthly safety audits for all sections of the plant. Ensuring operational readiness of all safety and emergency equipment in the company.
