Senior reservoir engineer

applying conventional reservoir engineering beside the reservoir simulation aspects.

I worked in the general Petroleum Company in Egypt as a reservoir engineer for 7 years since Nov., 1999 and I was doing the following:
• Monitoring many fields (Carbonate and sand Reservoir).
• Sharing in conducting Reservoir Engineering Phase in simulation study using eclipse including well review, well schedule, completion, and Rock properties, PVT, Relative Permeability and Capillary Pressure.
• Build preliminary simulation model for small fields and evaluate the methods for pressure maintenance by applying water and gas injection treatment using Eclipse.
• Perform Pressure Transient Analysis for sandstone and carbonate reservoirs using Automate software.
• Designing and supervision of workover and recompletion , planning and implementation of reservoir monitoring plans ,evaluate Reservoir performance including gas injection performance and optimization.
• Doing the annual reserve reviews and yearly production forecasts.
• Perform some conventional and special core analysis (Scal) for some reservoirs and make flow unit characterization.
• Make quick Interpretation for open hole and cased hole logs and making some analysis,
• Construct many OFM projects for many fields.
• Proposing infill wells via performing conventional comprehensive studies using conventional reservoir engineering analytical approaches
• Perform economic studies for work-over, recompletion and drilling wells.
,then I joined in April, 2006 with IPR group of companies as a reservoir/simulation engineer and I am now working in a group for conducting a full field reservoir simulation study for for Tembungo Field (Petronas Carigali Company in Malaysia). I am focused punctual, adaptable, consistent, committed, dependable, self-motivated and hard working.
