? Recently Working as Assistant Manager Production in Tungsten Carbide Factory and responsible for:
- Designing and development of Press Tools.
- Development of new products and to start their regular production.
- Production of Hard Metal Powders.
- Carbides Production (Indexable/Brazable Tips/ Dies/ Wear Parts.)
- Post Sinter Grinding of Carbide Products.
- Chemical Vapour Deposition Coating (CVD Coating) of Inserts.
- Inspection/testing of incoming raw materials/indirect materials received by Production Department.
- To deal with customer complaints regarding carbide products.
- Failure analysis of carbide products that includes all laboratory tests including metallography of polished samples.
- Use of statistical techniques to reduce rejections.
- Documentation, implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:200, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:1999 in production area.
Also working as MR, EMR, & HSMR OF THE COMPANY IN ADDITION TO ABOVE
