• Ten years of practical experience in petrochemical and fertilizer industry covering process plants inspection & welding engineering, shut down inspection.
• Experienced in rotating and stationary equipment Erection, maintenance, repair and construction (Pumps, blowers, fans, compressors, turbines , piping, pipelines, storage tanks, pressure vessels, steel structure, heat exchangers, boilers)
• Maintain all types of valves, Fabricate and repair all types of heat exchangers. Install all types of insulation , material inspection and control, coordinator with subcontractors, supervision on fabrication , assembly and erection.
• The scope of experience includes implementation of static and rotating equipment fabrication, welding, inspection. Set inspection plans; performing/supervising non-destructive testing and performing integrity assessment, attend technical & progress meetings, raise technical queries, attend design review meetings, prepare tender inputs, compliance, in accordance with international standards (ASME, API, AWS, DIN...).
• Ability to communicate this information to any level of an organization. Carry out the Internal Audits according to the quality management and ISO 9001: 2000 requirements.
