Involved the erection & commissioning of Asphalt, Batching and Crusher plant.).
Experience on PLC panel, Software programming and Instrumentation works for asphalt and Batching plant.
Experience on PLC control system (LG Master K) and familiar with AC, DC servo drives and Inverters.
Experience on plan, design and oversee the development installation, operation and maintenance.
Working experience on electrical equipment (Relay, Contactors, Limit switches, Transformers, MCCBs and Noise filters.
Well experienced in installations, wiring, loop checking, testing and commissioning of electric and pneumatic actuator, air cylinder, level gauge, electronic timer and pressure and temperature sensor.
To conduct research to solve practical engineering problems in electrical equipment.
Responsible for all mechanical maintenance of the plant induced all air compressors & motors.
Knowledge of PLC design, operation, programming and software function.
Knowledge of process control drawings (P&ID) and ladder diagram.
Basic knowledge of process control loop implementation.
Basic knowledge of Analog and Digital Control Systems (DSC, DDC, DCS and Supervisory Control System.1. Well experienced in installation. Calibrations, loop checking, testing, and commissioning of various types of pneumatic and electronic control instruments control valves etc.
2. Experience on DCS system includes DAS and other program control system.
3. Calibration of various pressure, flow, temperature, vibration and tip clearance measuring instruments.
4. To monitor and maintain rig instruments.
5. Understanding & working experience of different kinds of instrumentation used in engine development.
6. Maintenance of Compressor Testing Rigs.
7. Calibrations of all the instruments before any run of compressor.
