• Lead the commissioning of the Facilities
• PRODUCE PRECOMMISSIONING, commissioning procedure.
• PREPARED FLUSHING PLANS, LEAKTESTPLANS.
• Prepared checklist
• Vessel, column inspection with uop as per drawing.
• Punch list preparation.
• Manpower handling.
• Ensure that all scheduled work for project are met.
• Communicate and cooperate with project team members, asset team and other stakeholders to ensure effective sharing of information.
• Ensure that Operations and Maintenance procedures are produced in accordance with the best practice in a timely manner.
• Provision of work instructions to improve work practices, procedures and engineering change related to plant Operation and Maintenance as required.
• Lead the commissioning of the Facilities
• Regular contacts with Field Safety Engineer, Inspection Engineer and Planning Engineer.
• Regular contact with Stores, Operation supports and commercial to follow up related issues.
• Report to the Commissioning Manager and responsible for the overall start-up strategy documentation and planning based on the company supplied documentation, design and operational groups, as well as the requirement to coordinate with management and supervisors in the development of planning to allow a seamless start-up.
• Responsible for assessing status of commissioning systems; development of start-up planning schedule; start-up preparation activities; start-up organisation and staffing requirements; methodology; coordination team participation and work processes; issues tracking and resolution of start-up issues; lead in the organisation of the start-up risk assessment; preparation of detailed start-up manuals; supervision of start-up of PLANT; advise on safety related issues; participation in weekly coordination meetings; advise on system performance test and acceptance requirements to meet contractual and company expectations with the contract.

:Diploma in PETROCHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY from M.S University, Baroda in 1996 Gujarat, India.

Commissioning of hot oil heater
 Hot oil heater is supplied by m/s foster wheeler ltd-Canada, having capacity of 97 mkcal.
 Commissioning activity include radiation, convection section, hot oil surge drum erection, tubes installation, burners installation & inspection, F.D fan, I.D fan installation.
 Heater dry-out & loop filling with hot oil.

Commissioning of Kobe compressor (kobelco Japan- screw comp. & reciprocating compressor from IHI JAPAN)
 Compressor box up.
 Card board blasting & acid pickling of suction / discharge line.
 Commissioning of lube and seal oil circuit.
 Lube oil flushing
 Compressor heat runs.
