I have been in the Safety and Health area for almost 2 years, with experiences from manufacturing and hospitality industry. In my last position, I had successfully apply EHS-MS in Polymatech (M) Sdn. Bhd. and been certified with OHSAS 18001:1999 by SIRIM. As I had already posses with a Degree Honours 2nd Class Upper in Bac. Of Sc. Environmental and Occupational Health, I will be certified as a competent safety officer (registered with DOSH) automatically after 3 years working experiences.


My strength lies in my leadership qualities, objective mindset, planning and organizing skills, and ability to motivate personnel to higher expectations. I am a firm believer in teamwork and a strong advocate of “Change Management” focusing on improving efficiency and increasing effectiveness. Flexibility, adaptability, creativity, initiative & dynamism are my other guiding factors.

I have very good communication skills and able to reach out and motivate personnel at all levels as I believe in the ‘Human Element’ to gain competitive advantage for any organization. That is, ‘The People makes the Difference’.

My graduation from University Putra Malaysia , with the Bachelor Degree in Environmental and Occupational Health, has further equipped me with the necessary tools, ideas and techniques for future challenges and career advancement. Besides for personal development, I believe in constantly improving oneself to meet the ever-changing environment and to remain competitive.
