TREAT AND AIM HIGH FOR THE COMPLETION OF ASSIGNED TASK WITH PERFECTION

- Responsible for the preparation and substantiation of claims. Attend all negotiation with Client in respect with the claiming of change orders and disputed items
- Attend all the technical query of the project execution team in respect with the terms and conditions of contract, interpretation of project specifications, drawings and scope of work.
- Ensures that the method of measuring performance value is in conjunction with the acceptable and internationally known standard method of measurements and provide monitoring to Project Quantity / Site Quantity Survey, Cost and - Measurements, in the preparation of Monthly Progress Reports, Interim Work - Valuation and any other report required by the company procedure and policy .
- Responsible for the Subcontract Management on site in respect with the company contractual obligation and liabilities. Perform or lead the QS Team for the review and comparison of documents issued during bid and approved for construction documents. Responsible for the Financial and Contractual Closing of the project.
- Perform and lead the Site QS Team the re-measurements including presentation and obtaining agreement with the Client
- Studies the contractual implications and reviews concerned Supervisors requests to issue site instructions for adding/omitting works.
- Prepares site instructions, re-measures works on site (if required), prepares cost estimates and supporting documents, and secures appropriate approval.
- Provide feedback to the Project Manager as to the status of work in progress, on a regular basis. Immediately inform and resolve issues that may impact progress schedule and commercial cost.
- Identify the acceleration level required to perform the non targeted project schedule activities.
- Ensure that the payment certifies for supplier and subcontractors related to the services are in accordance with the supply and subcontract agreement.
