To work on an oilrig

I was employed by the Defense Force for a compulsory period of 2 years, working as a Systems Instructor in the Signals Corps on radio systems, wiring and harnesses of several kinds of armored vehicles. Course instructor on speech procedure using various types of radio’s and worked in a Communications Center as a radio- and telex operator.
I worked as a electronics technician on all kinds of electronic testing equipment in a production line environment.
Worked at the University of South Africa as a hardware technician fixing all sorts of hardware problems on personal computers.
Still at the University of South Africa. As a System Administrator, I Maintained 18 servers running Linux. Responsible for the backup of all the data on these servers. Shell scripting, maintaining website, web servers. Webpage scripting. The customers were the research community of the University.
Business Owner / Pest Control Operator. I was and still is the owner of my own business maintaining people’s grass lawns.
Work as a flight manager/operations manager for a small concern flying cargo in and out of Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana.
