Troubleshooting and resolving End User’s Hardware/Software Problems related to PC’s, Workstations & Peripherals which are assigned through the IT Helpdesk Team.
Active team member in Installing, Configuring and Maintaining more than 1500 PC’s which are located in Zadco HQ Premises.
Installing and Configuring Network Printers
Preparing Windows 2000 & Windows XP Professional images for the new PC’s and creating the deployment plans accordingly for the installation and configuration of the New PC’s for Mass Rollout.
Installing, Configuring and Maintaining Redhat Enterprise Linux Workstations on IBM Intellistation A-Pro’s, IBM Intellistation Z-Pro’s, HP xw9300 and HP Itanium Zx 6000 Workstaions.
Configuring Hardware Raid Controllers for Unix Workstations.
Configuring User Accounts and assigning appropriate privileges and access permissions.
