Eight years (08) experience as Quality Control Engineer/ Inspector/ Supervisor in Welding, Piping, Structural jobs and Insulating jobs at various sites in petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Water treatment plant and steel plants.
Having good knowledge in piping and welding (SMAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW, SW, etc), insulation jobs and read the isometric drawings, PID drawings, codes, specifications, standards (ASME, API, AWS, ARAMCO Standards). Familiar in hydro-testing, stress reliving (PWHT). Good knowledge in NDT methods like visual inspection, liquid penetrant testing, radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing. Make the all quality control documents like WPS, PQR, Welder qualification, and inspection reports. And capable of interpreting the test results to various standards. Good knowledge in work permits system and safety procedures. Research and studies for improvement of quality in the projects.
