I am working as Asstt. Officer (P&QA) with Tata Chemicals Ltd. (Fertilizer Div.) an ISO 9001-2000, 14001 and OHSAS-18001 company with the capacity of 1510 MT Ammonia/ day and 2620 MT Urea/day.

Water, gas and Environmental parameters required for different plant like Effluent Treatment Plant, Environment & pollution control, DM plant, High pressure boiler, Ammonia & Urea plant, Cooling water plant. My job responsibities includes calibrations and Standards Preparation. I am well conversant with the following types of analysis.

Gas Analysis: Natural gas, Intermediate process gases from different section of ammonia plant, flue gases, stake emission & ambient air.

Urea Analysis : Intermediate process and finished product analysis.

Water Analysis: Ground water, river water, DM water, Boiler feed water, steam condensate, Cooling water & Effluent water.

Environmental Analysis: Analysis of BOD& COD in sewage water & effluents, pollution control analysis, Stack & ambient air quality monitoring.

Deposit & Scales: Deposit from heat exchanger, water lines, cooling system.

Corrosions Monitoring: It includes Corrosion monitoring analysis using coupons.

I have very good working experience with instruments like Atomic absorption spectrophotometer, U-V Spectrophotometer, Gas Chromatograph, Karl Fischer Moisture Meter, Oxygen Analyzer, High volume sampler Stack monitoring kit, Dew point meter, & other usual laboratory instrument.
