EXPERIENCE

Managerial and hands-on experience of Mechanical maintenance, plant equipment in the on and offshore Petrol Chemical industry. Detailed knowledge of planned and predictive maintenance systems and procedures. In depth experience of heavy rotating equipment, i.e. gas/steam turbines, compressors and pumps, Extensive experience on static equipment including vessels, heat exchangers, valves, scrubbers and pipe work.

ADMINISTRATION

Competent to organize and lead teams of qualified engineers and craftwork groups. Proven experience in the co-ordination of craft disciplines in remote arduous conditions. Implementing management objectives to reduce maintenance costs, and work within authorized budget limitations. Familiar with Quality Management to comply with ISO 9002. Experience with CMMS programs, Maintenance, Shutdown, and construction planning Microsoft Project.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Over twenty years’ sound experience gained in the Petrol-Chemical, Oil/Gas and Marine Industries, both on/offshore, in the U.K. and overseas. Responsible for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of all types of prime movers and associated equipment. Excellent supervisory, co-ordination and training skills with multi national/discipline groups. Ability to communicate at all levels of management and within the field structure. Additional skills gained in planning, the use of computerized maintenance systems and computerized office work. Management administration of field projects, vendor equipment inspections purchasing and sourcing activities. Knowledge of the technical specifications and current legislation relating to the oil/gas industries on and offshore.
