(B) Private work:


Besides the Governmental work, I had my private work as follows:
• From 15/8/2003 – Now:
I have a full time job in ARGAS Company in Saudi Arabia as a physician in one of its seismic crews.
Responsibilities include:
(1) Provide medical service to all employees "groups I & II", including the Emergencies.
(2) Implementation of HSE procedures according to CGG standards including: Sharing in planning the Emergency response plans, measures to improve the general Hygienic conditions of the crews, 1st Aid training to all employees, advanced 1ST aid training “including cardio-pulmonary resuscitation –CPR” to the Headmen, cross audit to other departments…..etc.
(3) I have got the Saudi license as a “General Practitioner –GP” after passing the test of the Saudi Ministry of Health ‘2004”.

• From 16/11/2000 – 26/3/2002:
I had a full time job as the doctor of the first soccer team of Riyadh club
in Saudi Arabia (5TH of the Saudi League in these 2 years).
Responsibilities included:

(1) Provide 1_st. aid to the players during matches & training
sessions & ensure safe transport to the hospital for cases that
need hospitalization,
(2) Manage mild-moderate uncomplicated medical problems &
(3) Management & Rehabilitation of musculo-skeletal disorders
including sports injuries for the players until they go back to the
field.

• From May 1998 – present:
I had my private clinic in Cairo in the specialty of Physical Medicine, Rheumatology & Rehabilitation.


• From March 1997– May 1998 :
I worked in the private clinic of Prof. Dr./ Mohammed Bassiouni, a pioneer
Egyptian Rheumatologist.
My responsibilities included;
(1) Interview the patient, do clinical examination & provide a resume
about the case to the prof.,
(2) Attend the interview & the clinical examination done by the prof.,
discuss the case together & describe the treatment to the
patient &
(3) Follow up of the cases.

• During the period from 1993 — 1997 I worked in many private hospitals as a G.P.

• M.B.B.Ch from Faculty of Medicine Ain-Shams University, Egypt, December 1991.
Degree: V. good with honors.
• Master degree in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation from Faculty of
Medicine Ain-Shams University, Egypt, May 1997.
Degree: V. good.
• HSE MS (Health ,Safety & Environment Management System) course by CGG Co.

(A) Governmental Work:

• From 15/6/1994 – present:
I started my residency at Mataria Teaching Hosp. in the department of Physical
Medicine, Rheumatology & rehabilitation.
Responsibilities included:
(1) Management of cases attending the outpatient clinic,
(2) Prescribe rehabilitative programs to inpatients at
Other hospital wards in need for rehabilitation,
(3) Teaching & supervising medical graduates in the house
Officer period, as well as junior residents &
(4) Supervising the Emergency dept. for one month/ yr.
in the first three yrs. of my residency period.

Now, I'm employed as a specialist.

(C) General skills:

During my work experience, I provided efficiently:
• 1_st. aid to different Emergency situations & ensured safe transport to
the hospital.
• Making different types of splints & cast slabs for skeletal injuries.
• Management of mild-moderate uncomplicated medical problems
e.g. D.M, HTN, renal colic, irritable colon…..etc.
• Management of mild-moderate uncomplicated psychiatric disorders e.g
anxiety, depression, psycho-somatic…etc.
• Management of different types of wounds, giving different types of
injections; S.C, I.M, I.V, intra-articular & local soft tissue injections.
• Conservative management of musculo-skeletal disorders, as well as
making Rehabilitative programs to each individual case.
• Measures & programs to maintain & increase physical fitness.
• Conducting Basic and Advanced 1ST-aid training courses.
• Implementation of safety measures, with Risk-assessment and control measures.
