Completion & Work-over Engineer

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
„X Write programs for new eruptive wells discovered in basement formation and artificial lift wells.
„X Preparation of Standard Completion Instruction (SCI) as Total group rules and safety procedures.
„X Write Programs for completions with ESP and rig-less operations Slick-line and wire-line operations.
„X Prepare final reports and review.
„X Prepare the cost control manual in term of completion and work over operations.
„X Coordinate the programming, gathering, reporting and distribution of well data; evaluate the quality of well engineering data
„X Coordinate the activities and monitor the technical performance of Service Contractors against agreed indicators, in particular for sub-surface related activities; measure the quality and cost effectiveness of the services and products delivered by the Service Contractors.
„X Follow-up for all completion and work-over equipment purchase order and issue purchase requisitions for planned completion and well services operations.
„X Evaluate the tenders offered by oil services companies as per TOTAL call for tender and submit the technical evaluation report.
„X Safety duty officer in Sana¡¦a office applying TOTAL duty system in case of minor and major emergencies in Sana,a and TOTAL field.
„X Prepare SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operation) studies due to interference with production facilities.
„X Write water wells programs and supervision on site, completion design with ESP equipment and fluid level controller sensors installed.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

„X Work on site as well services supervisor on eruptive completion design with dedicated equipment as TRSCSSV self-equalizing, RMS adapter feed-thru production packer, Xmas Tree 3K and 5K FMC manufactured with remote actuated master valve
„X Work on site as well services supervisor on pulling ESP in depleted wells and rig-less operations (PLT campaign, Thru Tubing Perforations, Memory Gauge installation and setting-downloading data with Metrolog software, configured eruptive wells in ESP mode by setting Blanking Plug in Y-tool taken by-pass tubing).
