Position: senior filed operator / period: 7/2005 – 4/2008
Duties:
-Checking locally the production parameters and general running conditions.
-check the process performance and control the process variables.
- start up & shut down the plant and equipment.
- Monitoring the production quality.
- Report to supervisor emergencies or failures.
- Participating in preparing operation procedures manual.
-To cooperate and support the shift supervisor to supervise any maintenance or construction work performed within the process and off site unit, guaranteeing the suitable and safest conditions, in accordance with HSE procedures
-catalyst loading and change over for all reactors.
- Responsible for supervising all operators on site plant.
- Good experience and deal with heaters. (Radiant &convection type)

Sulphonation plant (liner alkylbenzen sulphonat plant) madar – Syria

.Position: shift supervisor / Period: 10/2004 – 7/2005

Duties:
- start-up / shut down the plant and equipment such as, reactors, air and water condensers and coolers, scrubbers, furnaces, fans, boilers, sulfur malting drums, chillers, turbines and heat exchangers .
- organizing includes inspection of operation, adjustment of a variety of automatic valves, switches, pumps gear, dosing, centrifugal).

- maintaining all equipment and reading a variety of gauges and indicators, trouble shooting , emergency situation handling and specific thin film reactor and SO3 units maintenance.

Position: process filed operator / period: 8/2002 – 10/2004

Duties:
-Check and adjust valve pressures – temperature – flow rates and levels
-check and control hydrogen compressor and hot oil heater and hydrogen heater.
- Report to supervisor emergencies or failures.
-supervision 2 helpers.
-5 start up & 5 shut – down.
- I do all the pre-Startup requirements like {Vessel inspection-P&I check-line flashing and line dry out-leak testing- pump running}.and I have been working during the erection of the mechanical erection , and during the start – up & shut – down .and I have good knowledge of oil and gas operations and DCSrequlations .

I have attended the related training courses carried – out on September 2001 to December 2003 in Damascus at U.J.S.Co. plant by the BALLESTRA start up engineer. Italy

I have certificate of completion of the UOP pacol/ HF training .USA
I have certificate of completion of the UOP (LAP plant start – up & shut –down) .USA
I have certificate from U.J.S.Co. (lab plant). Syria
I have certificate from Marsena co (Sulphonation plant) Italy.
I finished the most training courses in Safety. Icaro - Italy
